What I Do

I partner with nonprofits, funders, and community groups to deepen their impact and ground it in equitable practice. Here’s a sampling of the work we can do together.

Community-Driven Program Design & Management

Maybe you want to create a program shaped by the communities it aims to serve. Or you want to strengthen your capacity-building offerings for the nonprofits you grant funds to. Across a variety of organization types and contexts, I can work with you to design, launch, and manage programs that deepen impact and reflect the desires of those who will use the programs.

Strategy Development

Your organization may need to revisit the map and sketch out where you’re headed or the route you want to take. I can help guide that process, engage people with sensitivity and intentionality, and offer clarity as you make sense of all the feedback and possibilities while holding the realities and what it would take to implement the strategy.

Narratives, Communications, & Writing

A strong article can spark ideas and relationships across the field. A constellation of strong stories can help shift mindsets and behaviors across a community. I can help your organization craft narratives or help you work with various organizations to co-create narrative strategies that drive toward your collective goals.

Facilitated Collaboration

Change is relationship-driven. When we connect with one another, we can notice patterns, share wisdom, work together toward goals, build power across struggles, and ground our work in our humanity and a sense of community. I facilitate groups to collaborate and gather intentionally.

Learning Experiences

I design and facilitate learning experiences within or across organizations. This might involve inviting the right teachers and creating space for participants to learn from one another, workshop challenges, apply learning to their unique context, and create action plans.
